Here we have: 'Cars & stuff' - a page dump for anything related to that!

First up is my classic 1989 Chrysler 2.5L Lebaron convertible I bought a few years ago and she's quite a stunner <3<3

A beautiful example of 80's American engineering but with a classic look outside and inside too

She's a runner - or was but had transmission issues when I bought the car (which I fixed) but was garaged as the soft-top is worn out so needs replacing, thus can't be outside, however now thanks to the UK ethanol fuel which seems (when idle) to destroy plastic and rubber - the fuel pump is now seized and the sender doesn't work anymore either, plus having removed the fuel tank to replace both units... that too is quite badly corroded, as are the fuel lines :((

So now this babe needs a total refit for the fuel system, not good but likely best as after 37 years it's possibly ideal to be sure the most volatile part of the car is in excellent shape - so that's up for being done right now.

Next was another American classic 1987 Oldsmobile Delta 88, imported from Florida to the UK - but then advertised as a non-runner since had blown a head gasket!

I bought her, as a head gasket is a quite easy car fix, even on a big V6, so she's also in need of repairs too!

Again the inside has that classic styling, with huge soft red velour sofa seats many American cars had before everything went more modern... and plastic!

So repairs to this vehicle, and the Lebaron too - watch this space for updates!
